Robert
I stayed here before, always air conditioned and huge rooms with a beautiful view. The location of the hotel was great, near the central area of la Spezia.
The room had awful views.

Harry
The location was good, just a short walk away from a shopping mall. Our reasonably large and brand-new room had a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating...

The location was great and perfect, for example, La Spezia Centrale railway was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Everything was great, bright room with balcony.
-
Bernard
New-fashioned a double room with a large balcony, wine and an Aircon. Plentiful breakfast with a wide range of food options.

Joel
clean unit with balcony, a beautiful view, as for instance.

The hotel had a good location next to Corso Cavour. There were main shopping street and a shopping street around the venue. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried simple dishes.

In love with a nice size and brand-new rooms with balcony. I had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The location was practical, next to the train station, restaurants, and marina as well as Via del Prione, in a pedestrian area. The staff were very responsive and attentive, no reason to complain.

Good location close to train, cafes and shops. Parking available (right outside for us). We had a bedroom and large living room-two tv's. Sheets and blanket/quilt type cover was provided which I find much better than just a thick doonah as a top cover.
Bathroom is hilarious. Toilet, bidet, basin and shower in a room measuring 1.5m x 2m. I had to sit on toilet sideways. If you were large you may not fit. It was easy to clean your teeth while on potty as your head naturally hung over the basin.

Excellent location minutes from the station in the middle of the city centre. The reception supplied us with all the required information on cinque Terra. Ask for a room with a non interiour facing view.

Thank you for a very good stay. The hotel is perfect, cleanwith a nice design. The rooms are reasonably large and brand-new with sofa, and the location is marvellous in the center of Spezia. The employees are pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Cinque Terre. It is also in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is satisfactory, offering a variety of options to start your day.
Some parts of the hotel are in need of renovation, particularly the breakfast room, which could benefit from a fresher and more inviting atmosphere.

We spent a night in La Spezia. It is a 30 minute walk from the train station and is signposted once you get on the main street of La Spezia. The room we had was very spacious and the lounge area made a big difference. It was close to the shops. There was a good breakfast selection and there was wifi in the rooms and around the hotel.
The shower leaked.

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, good location near shops and station. Best breakfast we had in Italy. Being Australian we tend not to have continental breakfasts so the scrambled eggs although a small thing, was a very pleasant change.
Like the English, Australians like to have tea making facilities in their rooms, kettle and so on. Like much of Europe Italian hotles do not offer this but it makes a big difference.
